For the hosting of and data storage for the Product Science Services, the Product Science Services and related databases are hosted on servers located in the United States. If you deactivate your account or request that Product Science delete your personal information, we may still retain certain data and information associated with your account for record-keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our website or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by U.S. State and federal law.
